2. Our Services

The Reno Guys provides renovation services including bathroom, kitchen, and whole-home renovations in the Melbourne metropolitan area. All services are subject to a separate written contract.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Quotes are based on information provided and site inspection
• Final pricing is confirmed in the written contract
• Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit is required to secure your booking
• Progress payments are due as per the contract schedule
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines based on the scope of work. Actual completion may vary due to factors including weather, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the property
• Ensuring access to the work site
• Making timely decisions on selections and approvals
• Obtaining any required permits (unless agreed otherwise)
• Protecting personal belongings not in the work area

7. Warranties

Our warranty terms are detailed in your project contract. Generally:

• Structural work: 10-year warranty
• Waterproofing: 7-year warranty
• General workmanship: 2-year warranty

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Reno Guys liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and designs, is owned by The Reno Guys and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation before any legal proceedings. Victorian law governs these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
